I am so pleased to announce that the final image for the Newborn Masterpiece Collection is finished. Before I release that image I want to introduce my latest project, the Newborn Nursery Rhyme Collection. The Masterpiece Collection has been a labor of love and has brought my little business incredible attention as a leading Texas newborn photographer. The uniqueness of each backdrop and handmade aspect has generated so much interest worldwide. So I feel like this next project is a natural progression as it includes characters that are beloved worldwide.
Nearly a year ago when I was brainstorming ideas for the Newborn Masterpiece Collection my son suggested that I create a similar background to Van Gogh’s Starry Starry Night but to do a nursery rhyme theme. I’ve been dying to begin work on this series as the possibilities are endless. The first image in the series is based on the nursery rhyme Little Miss Muffet.
Little Miss Muffet
Sat on a tuffet,
Eating her curds and whey;
Along came a spider
Who sat down beside her
And frightened Miss Muffet away.
The next image in the Newborn Nursery Rhyme Collection is based on the classic nursery rhyme titled Jack and Jill.
Jack and Jill went up the hill
To fetch a pail of water.
Jack fell down and broke his crown,
And Jill came tumbling after
I am excited to continue working on this darling series and so grateful for my wonderful clients who have a desire to incorporate their precious newborn babies into such unique artwork. I will be taking custom requests for my Texas newborn photography clients for nursery rhymes and fairy tale backdrops in the future.
Special thanks to the darling brother and sister twin duo for being so adorable for this fun photography session. Aren’t they just the cutest!?
