Our philosophy at Lindsay Walden Photography is that your art should be as unique as your child. Because every child is different each of our sessions is unique and inspired by you and your family. We especially love designing sessions that are meaningful to a family’s heritage. This native american themed newborn session is one of our favorites recently.

With names like “Eagle” and “Hawk” in your family we of course wanted to create images to represent these majestic birds. The feathers pictured above we found all the way at Mood Fabrics in NYC. We will go to great lengths to design the perfect session for our clients. The stunning eagle design below is a scarf we purchased months ago knowing at some point the right client would come along and we would be able to fulfill our vision for this image.

Sweet little guy. His mama brought this darling native american newborn headdress to the session. So perfect.

We also wanted to create images inspired by nature and the sky. We hand placed all those shiny beads to create this beautiful rainbow. We love how this backdrop by Intuition Backgrounds complements the scene.

And our native american themed newborn session wouldn’t be complete without beautiful parent images. We loved styling these images. From the organic weave of her top to the ties in her hair we wanted every detail to be perfect.

We love the raw, natural beauty and connection in this image.

We always do a handful of sweet and simple poses that emphasize different features of baby near the end of our sessions. These do a great job of rounding out a gallery. This little guy was just the cutest.

Those squishy back rolls are so darling.
