While we adore our newborn clients we hold a special place in our heart for our little clients who return to us throughout their first year to document their milestones. We call these baby sessions milestone sessions as the goal is to perfectly capture the milestones that your rapidly growing baby has achieved.

Milestone Sessions – Dallas Baby Photographer

Around 6-8 months of age most babies have started sitting up on their own. This is one of our favorite times to photograph your baby as they are generally smiling, chubby, and full of personality. Prior to each of our sessions, we meet with parents for a design consultation. At these consultations, we talk about your style, things that you love about your baby, the milestones he has reached, the things he loves, and is interested in, and then we plan the design for your session around you and your unique baby. This little guy’s family loves the outdoors so we wanted to bring elements from the outdoors into their milestone session. The second image is from his adorable newborn photography session. We love how it shows the scale of how much he has grown in such a short period of time.

So big! We used a much larger bowl and he still barely fits!Another fun image from this session is this one inspired by the Pixar movie UP!, mom’s favorite movie. We love the simplicity of these sweet images shot on white and backlit. Look at his awesome mohawk!     And those chubby back rolls are just to die for. He wore this same hat for his newborn session. We had to stretch it a bit to make it fit. We were told that he is quite the mama’s boy. He LOVES his mama and looks so dapper in his little tux. Mama is wearing one of the gowns from our collection of gowns and she looks absolutely stunning! And one of his favorite things is to giggle with daddy.
