At the pre-session consultation for all of my sessions I will ask my clients if there is anything sentimental, an heirloom, or something of that sort, that they would like to incorporate into their session. When I plan with intention how to design your images and your artwork using something important to you the results are that much more meaningful. Love these beautiful sisters all cuddled up on their mama’s wedding veil.

Happy 1st birthday to this little sweetie. We’ve incorporated elements from this set-up in four sessions now. Newborn 5 months, 8 months and one year. So fun watching these sweet little ones grow up.

Sometimes as parents we think we just want beautiful images of our children. And yes, these are so important. All of my newborn and milestone sessions include the opportunity for you as the parents to be involved. And I will always encourage you to do so. Why? Because although your favorite images will be of your cute baby, his favorite images when he is grown will be the ones with you. Don’t pass up the opportunity to capture these connections that matter most to you.

Kiss-y face! Did you know that sitter sessions are one of my favorite ages to photograph? Babies at six to eight months of age have grown so much from their two week old newborn session. They are full of personality, smiles and chubby rolls. That’s a recipe for a whole lot of cute!
